Spice blend intended to be used on biltong-type products by mixing with raw meat and water, Worchester sauce and vinegar before drying to at least 50% moisture loss.
The product contains the following preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite

Store in a cool dry place.
Not to be stored at excessive temperatures. Cool conditions away from direct sunlight or heat. In a pest-free environment.
